    Orders on Hold
    Orders are placed on hold when the billing address of the credit card is either not provided or does not match the billing address of the credit card used. Common reasons for billing address problems include a recent move, a corporate credit card, or multiple addresses. If your shipping address does not match the credit card billing address, please make sure to input all billing information correctly. Please Note: We verify the billing address to prevent credit card fraud. If you order is on hold due to a billing address problem please contact us via email or phone to verify address.

    Orders may also be placed on hold when items ordered are on backorder. You will be notified via email when your order is hold due to a backordered item.

     

     


    Notification of Shipped Orders:
    You will automatically be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. If you are a Yahoo! member you can also check on the status of your order by going to www.shopping.yahoo.com and click on Shopping Account.

    What is my tracking number?
    USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail do not have tracking numbers. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air have tracking numbers that are sent to you in the confirmation email. UPS orders can be tracked on the UPS website www.ups.com. UPS tracking numbers can be tracked only after they are entered into the UPS tracking system, usually at the end of the business day.

     



    I got a confirmation email that my order has been processed and shipped, but I still have not received my order. What's the problem?
    Please note that shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on location. Please allow a full two weeks for arrival. If you still haven't received your order please verify the shipping address and contact us via email or phone.

    We accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept COD orders or personal checks. All mail orders must be accompanied by a completed Mail Order Form

    Return Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of the postmarked date for a refund. AFTER 30 DAYS, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED. Items must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging. Shipping and handling and applicable tax charges will not be refunded. Return shipping to 101cells.com will be at the customer's expense. Hint: To speed processing time please write 'RETURN' visibly and clearly on the outside of the package.

    Exchange Policy

    Defective or Wrong Items Sent:
    If the item you receive is defective and a replacement is available, you may return it for a replacement. The replacement will be shipped only after the defective item is returned. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. Replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.

    If a replacement item is not available you may return the item. You will be refunded the full cost of the item along with the shipping charges. The cost to return the item back to us will be at the customer's expense and WILL NOT be refunded.
